Leslie M. Atley, MPH, NBC-HWC 

Leslie Atley is an international best-selling author, national board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), certified holistic health coach, VA Whole Health Partner Course Director and VA Whole Health Faculty Member. Additionally she serves on the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) DEI Commission and is an adjunct faculty member for Legacy Holistic Health Institute and Indian Health Services. A health and wellness expert with more than 20 years of experience in health promotion and prevention and a master's in public health (MPH), Leslie is the owner of Loving Me Always, LLC through which she offers international holistic health coaching services focused on mind, body and spirit, as well as disease prevention training and workshops. LMA's slogan is Me First Everyday Unapologetically. Leslie is committed to informing, teaching, supporting, and shifting women to a place of knowing self-care is not selfish—it is necessary for a life of blissful wellness.

Grace Gama, MS, NBC-HWC 

Grace Gama serves as Education Program Manager for the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM). She holds an M.S. in Kinesiology with a focus in Integrative Wellness and a B.S. in Food and Nutrition Sciences, and additionally is certified as an ACE-certified group fitness instructor, national board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) and diabetes prevention program (DPP) lifestyle coach. A former adjunct faculty member at San Diego State University in which she designed and delivered educational curriculum in the areas of nutrition and exercise, her primary areas of interest are food as medicine and exercise as medicine. She most enjoys working with others to build healthy and sustainable lifestyle habits that support whole person health and well-being.

 

Lee Jordan, MS, NBC-HWC, SHRM-SCP

Lee Jordan lives out his purpose to "show up for people in meaningful and transformative ways" through his work as an adjunct professor of kinesiology & integrative wellness, a national board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), a subject matter expert and master coach for the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and as a Chief People Officer. 

Lee helps people throughout the United States live a full life through his physician-endorsed behavior change program, 30 Seconds to Victory™. Leveraging years of experience as an executive with a top 50 global IT firm, he has mitigated, if not eliminated, geographic and time barriers typically challenging fitness and wellness professionals through the use of wearable, cloud-based and portable technology. In his role as a consultant he has helped shape and deliver corporate health and wellness coaching programs and works with digital health companies creating apps engineered with evidence-based health behavior constructs. Lee speaks on health and wellness coaching and other related wellness-related topics at conferences such as the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) and the IDEA Nutrition & Behavior Change Summit. Lee is dedicated to equipping a legion of passionate wellness professionals with the practical competencies needed to transform lives.

 

Laura Matteliano-Madu, MA, NBC-HWC

Laura Matteliano-Madu is passionate about supporting people to find their best self through health coaching, facilitating groups, presenting, and mind-body practices. She believes that everyone has the desire to live a meaningful life which looks different for every person. As Lead Health Coach at Better Therapeutics, she coaches individuals with chronic metabolic diseases in addition to overseeing coaching service development and delivery. She is a speaker for the American Heart Association as well as a coach mentor for students at California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). Additionally, she has mentored coaches preparing to sit for the National Board for Health Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) exam. Laura holds a M.A in Integrative Health from CIIS, is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), certified in Positive Psychology from The Flourishing Center and a yoga teacher, including 300-hours of yoga therapy training from the Niroga Institute in Berkeley, CA. Laura was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and currently resides in Oakland, CA with her husband, mischievous cat and affectionate dog. In her spare time Laura is a devoted yoga and meditation student who loves to dance and perform, create elaborate meals for friends, garden, and spend time in nature daydreaming while avoiding the cold at all costs. 

 

Karen Woodmansee, MS, MA, NBC-HWC 

Karen Woodmansee is the owner of Time For You Fitness, LLC., a company specializing in well-being, coaching, and program creation. As an industry leader in health and well-being for over 25 years and national board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), she serves as a subject matter expert and master coach in the creation and delivery of board-approved training and education programs. In sharing her passion for coaching with others, she provides mentorship to health and wellness coaches in all stages of their careers. 

Karen is a global wellness instructor for health coaching and behavior change courses, an adjunct professor of nutrition, and a national presenter and spokesperson for well-being content in which she serves as a contributor for various wellness-related news articles. She holds a master's degree in kinesiology and integrative wellness as well as a master's degree in education, and she maintains certifications in health coaching, behavior change, personal training, sports nutrition, and group fitness. Karen is also a 500-hour registered yoga teacher from the prestigious Kripalu School of Yoga.  

Her mission is to help all individuals fully realize their unique vision of happiness and purpose by seeking out the wisdom they hold within themselves. When she isn't working, Karen enjoys reading, biking, yoga, gardening, and being with family.  

Michelle Leotta

Michelle Leotta is a certified health coach who has helped thousands of clients across six continents over the past 14 years. She's been featured on ABC, CBS and NPR, as well as in the curriculum at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She's best known for her straight-shooting, no nonsense advice and gray-streaked curls. Based on her success and 20+ years of online marketing experience, Michelle created Healthy Profit University and the Health Coach Power Community podcast and Facebook group.
