THE 2025 HEALTH AND WELL-BEING COACHING CONFERENCE

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

**IMPORTANT: Please read carefully before signing. By signing this agreement, you agree to release and waive certain legal rights.**

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that my participation in The Health and Well-Being Coaching Conference (the "Conference") carries certain risks, some of which may not be foreseeable. These risks include, but are not limited to, those arising from voluntary engagement in physical activities, environmental conditions such as temperature and weather, actions of others including but not limited to participants, volunteers, staff, speakers, vendors, and event organizers.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily attending the Conference, and I accept and assume all risks associated with participation in this event, including travel to and from the event. In the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Conference, I consent to receive medical treatment, which may be deemed necessary by medical staff, and agree to pay any costs associated with such treatment.

I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set by the Conference organizers and to act with reasonable care while attending the Conference. 

In consideration for permission to attend the Conference, I, on behalf of myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns, hereby agree to waive, release, indemnify, and hold harmless Integrative Wellness Education and Consulting Inc., its officers, agents, employees, volunteers, and affiliated organizations (each an "Indemnity," collectively referred to as the "Indemnities") from any and all liability, damages, claims, causes of action, and expenses of any kind, including death, disability, personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or theft, whether arising from my participation in the Conference, or from travel to and from the Conference.

I further agree that neither I, nor any of my heirs, assignees, or legal representatives, will bring any claim or lawsuit against the Indemnities for any injury, death, loss, or property damage incurred during my attendance at the Conference.

I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnities from any third-party claims or liabilities arising from my actions or omissions, whether negligent or intentional, during my attendance at the Conference, except for those arising from the sole active negligence or willful misconduct of the Indemnities.

I understand and agree that by signing this release, I am freeing Integrative Wellness Education and Consulting Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any liability resulting from my attendance at the Conference. I understand that if I am injured, this waiver may be used in my defense in any legal or administrative action. I voluntarily accept all risks associated with attending the Conference.

Additionally, I consent to the use of my likeness, including photographs and/or videos, for the promotion and marketing of The Health and Well-Being Coaching Conference by Integrative Wellness Education and Consulting Inc. and associated parties.

I further acknowledge and agree that the registration fee for the Conference is non-refundable. If I am unable to attend due to personal choice or extenuating circumstances, no portion of the registration fee shall be refunded.

By checking the box, I confirm that I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement in its entirety, understand all of its terms, and have had any questions regarding this agreement satisfactorily answered. I voluntarily agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document and execute this release freely and voluntarily.
