Co-Founders—The Health and Well-Being Coaching Conference

The Health and Well-Being Coaching Conference is truly the first and only fully dedicated professional event for practicing health and wellness coaches, however the conference is also open to all professionals (aspiring coaches, health educators, other clinicians, etc.) who are passionate about learning more about health coaching and behavior change. The intention of this unique, intimate two-day conference— held in beautiful San Diego, California just minutes from the airport and right along the water— is to deepen the knowledge and skills of new and seasoned professionals alike through cutting edge education provided by leading experts in the field, while also cultivating a dedicated space for meaningful social connection and professional collaboration. 

With this clear mission in mind, the event is intentionally **space limited** with an exciting balance of educational sessions, interactive activities and social gatherings built into the conference schedule to ensure quality time is created and held to allow for genuine connection within the coaching community. 

This includes "practicing what we preach" through early morning group movement experiences, guided mindfulness activities spread throughout the event, social gatherings while enjoying plant-forward appetizers, meals and assortment of healthy beverages (all included within the registration fee for the event!) and other special elements, including an awards ceremony to celebrate and honor incredible coaches and leaders making an impact in the field.
