Her pioneering work has firmly established her as an authority in developing wellness strategies tailored to the unique needs of shift workers. With over two decades of experience in leadership and employee wellness, Laura combines cutting-edge research with practical behavior change techniques to promote sustainable health.

She is the creator of ShiftHC, an NBHWC-approved program for health coaches, and the host of The Shift Health Coach podcast. Currently, Laura is working on her third book, Coaching the Night Shift.
